This website and its car rental services are operated by Nomad Wheels. By using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

 

Eligibility

 

• The renter must be at least [Minimum Age, e.g., 21] years old.

• The renter must hold a valid, non-provisional driver's license for at least [e.g., 2] years. An International Driving Permit (IDP) is required for non-Indian citizens.

• The renter must provide a valid government-issued ID (e.g., Aadhar card, passport) and address proof.

 

Booking and Payment

 

• All bookings are subject to car availability.

• The rental charges are calculated based on the selected vehicle, rental duration, and kilometer limit.

• A refundable security deposit of ₹[Amount] is mandatory for all rentals. This amount will be returned within [Number] business days after the car is returned, provided there is no damage or violation of terms.

Vehicle Use

 

• The car must be driven by the authorized driver(s) only.

• The car must not be used for commercial purposes (e.g., taxi services, goods transport), racing, or any illegal activities.

• Smoking and consuming alcohol or drugs inside the vehicle are strictly prohibited.

• Customers must adhere to all traffic laws and regulations. All fines, penalties, and towing charges incurred during the rental period are the sole responsibility of the renter.

 

Fuel Policy

 

• The car will be provided with a full tank of fuel. The renter must return the vehicle with a full tank.

• If the car is returned with less than a full tank, the renter will be charged for the fuel cost plus a service fee.

 

Accidents and Damages

 

• In case of an accident, the renter must immediately inform us and the local police.

• The renter is liable for all damages to the vehicle, including theft, during the rental period. The liability is limited to the security deposit amount.

• In the event of a total loss or non-repairable damage, the renter may be liable for the full market value of the vehicle.

• Any pre-existing damage should be documented at the time of pickup and agreed upon by both parties.

 

Cancellation and Refunds

 

• Cancellation Policy:

Governing Law
